Our customer has two issues while using the Bluetooth on their new VH10's. The first is that the Bluetooth Radio will turn off by itself two or three times a week and he then has to go to the applet to turn it on again. Is there a key press sequence that toggles the radio on and off? or is this likely to be a bug in the devices as they all do this. Is there a way to map a function key to turn the radio on? The second issue is the Pairing Barcode on the front of the terminals has not been printed correctly so the scanner will not read it. The issue is that the barcode is printed too near the left edge of the label. We can prove this by putting a piece of plain white paper by the left hand edge and then it will scan okay. Are you able to supply correctly printed barcodes if we supply the serial numbers of the devices? Dave
