Hi Dave , Please make sure the VH10s are installed with the latest system software -- multi-image version 8.0 . In regards to the VH10 pairing barcodes, please open a case with your local MSI Psion IMC Support Center. For United States and Canada, 1-800-653-5350 option [ 2 ] for Psion Industrial Mobility products . Alternatively, you may also contact support via email by completing the Online Support Form . .
